These terms govern your use of serviceleads.ca and services provided by Service Leads.
Our Services
Service Leads provides marketing, lead generation, CRM setup, follow-up and related business services. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines and responsibilities may be described in a separate written agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
Results depend on market, offer, budget, competition, follow-up speed, sales process and platform changes. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, sales, revenue or return on investment unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and required permissions, and to comply with applicable advertising, privacy, email, SMS and telemarketing laws.
Payments
Fees, schedules and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement. Late or failed payments may result in paused services.
Third-Party Platforms
Services may depend on hosting, CRM, advertising, analytics, email, SMS and other platforms. Service Leads is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, suspensions or fees.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Service Leads owns or licenses the materials, templates, processes and content it creates or uses. Client-provided materials remain the client's property.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload harmful code or use services unlawfully.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service during the preceding three months.
Termination
Either party may end services as described in the applicable agreement. Service Leads may suspend work for overdue payment, missing required information or material legal, security or platform risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Changes
Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
